Megan Hansen
Megan Hansen began her dance training at the age of three in the Chicago suburbs, studying at Denise Sabala Dance Studios in Lake Zurich, Illinois. In the spring of 2024, she graduated from Western Michigan University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. During her final semester, she was honored as the Presidential Scholar in Marketing. While at WMU, Megan performed in a variety of student, faculty, and guest works, including choreography by Seyong Kim, Monique Haley, Jared Baker, and Kelsey Paschich. She was also a member of the university’s touring company, Western Dance Project.
Since graduating, Megan has returned to the Chicago area, where she enjoys choreographing and teaching. She works with ID Dance Competition and serves as a teacher and assistant for the dance convention Chicago Dance Connection. Currently, Megan is in her second season with Still Inspired and is excited to be joining Alluvion as an apprentice this season.
